Customer Service Representative

Job Description :

  • Answer customer’s calls or correspondence regarding the insurance company’s products. The questions may involve new policies and cost or existing customer policies. 

  • Ensure that the customer’s problems are resolved satisfactorily.

  • Review the customer’s policy to answer questions regarding coverage and claims. 

  • Direct questions that cannot be answered by the customer service representative to the agents, claims specialists and investigators who can provide answers.

  • Handle policy changes and renewals

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (paid lunch)

Required Qualifications :

  • Strong phone skills

  • Computer Literate: Outlook

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Experience working at an insurance agency (preferred)
