Job Description :
- Answer customer’s calls or correspondence regarding the insurance company’s products. The questions may involve new policies and cost or existing customer policies.
- Ensure that the customer’s problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Review the customer’s policy to answer questions regarding coverage and claims.
- Direct questions that cannot be answered by the customer service representative to the agents, claims specialists and investigators who can provide answers.
- Handle policy changes and renewals
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (paid lunch)
Required Qualifications :
- Strong phone skills
- Computer Literate: Outlook
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience working at an insurance agency (preferred)
